Senior Consumer Relationship Banker

Location: Onsite at the Donelson Lebanon Road branch in Nashville, Tennessee, United States

Salary: $51,997.12 minimum to $60,730.00 median per year, plus eligible commission and formulaic incentive plans

What you will do

• Acquire new customers and deepen relationships with Preferred Banking Households through proactive outreach and branch interactions.
• Advise customers on deposits, loans, lending solutions, debt consolidation, annuities, life insurance, investments, and savings strategies.
• Serve as the primary relationship manager for a portfolio of Preferred Banking Households in partnership with the branch team.
• Educate customers on mobile, online, ATM, and other digital banking solutions.
• Resolve customer issues, refer complex needs to internal specialists, and support daily branch operations.
• Support junior bankers as a subject matter expert and help maintain compliant, sound banking practices.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least two years of banking, sales, and/or customer service experience.
• Ability to handle cash, process transactions, and communicate in person, by phone, and electronically.
• Ability to work Saturdays as needed, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift up to 20 pounds.
• Life Insurance license must be obtained within 120 days of hire.
• NMLS registration is required.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
