Senior Staff L10/11 Systems Integration & Test Development Engineer

Base salary: $116,250–$155,000 annually

What you will do

• Design and develop scalable automated test frameworks for system integration, validation, qualification, and regression testing.
• Lead end-to-end integration across hardware, firmware, software, networking, and platform management components.
• Develop functional, performance, reliability, interoperability, and system-level test cases and validation methodologies.
• Support bring-up and validation of server, storage, networking, and infrastructure platforms in lab and pre-production environments.
• Analyze logs, telemetry, diagnostics, and test data; define validation metrics, dashboards, and readiness reports.
• Drive root-cause resolution, improve test infrastructure, participate in architecture and release-readiness reviews, and mentor engineers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline; an advanced degree is preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in systems integration, test engineering, validation engineering, or platform development.
• Experience integrating complex hardware, firmware, software, networking, and infrastructure technologies.
• Expertise in automated test frameworks and tools using Python, Shell scripting, Go, Java, or similar languages.
• Knowledge of Linux, system architecture, virtualization, distributed computing, CI/CD, test management, and infrastructure-as-code.
• Experience with server platforms, storage, networking, hyperscale or cloud infrastructure, complex troubleshooting, and cross-functional technical leadership.
