Senior Manager, Accounting Advisory (Skilled Nursing)

Location: Remote; the role supports skilled nursing clients nationwide and coordinates US and offshore engagement teams.

Salary: $142,000–$195,000 base pay annually, with potential eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Review financial reporting packages and work papers for quality, completeness, and timely delivery.
• Prepare benchmarking data, key performance indicators, budgets, forecasts, and cash flow models.
• Present reporting packages and financial findings to client stakeholders.
• Provide technical accounting support on complex issues and identify operational inefficiencies.
• Lead US and offshore engagement teams, manage workflows, and ensure consistent client deliverables.
• Coach staff and senior accountants on accounting and financial reporting matters.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus.
• At least 8 years of relevant public accounting or industry accounting experience.
• CPA designation preferred.
• Experience leading organizational change, process improvement, and remote teams across geographies.
• Strong project management, relationship-building, financial analysis, and communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.

Nice to have

• Proficiency with QuickBooks Online, Sage Intacct, PointClickCare, or similar industry accounting software.
• Experience in healthcare and skilled nursing accounting.
