Supply Chain Logistics Supervisor (Medtech)

Location: Onsite at a 3PL warehouse in Tampa, Florida, United States

Salary: $72,000–$91,000 annually, with potential discretionary bonuses.

What you will do

• Manage day-to-day onsite operations with the third-party logistics provider, including service levels, process execution, and escalations.
• Act as the primary liaison between hirify.global and the 3PL warehouse, maintaining the partnership and leading performance reviews.
• Develop and execute 3PL management processes supporting supply chain fulfillment and business objectives.
• Monitor KPIs, analyze operational data, and implement continuous improvement initiatives across supply chain processes.
• Oversee inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stock reconciliation, audits, and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with order management, sales and marketing, product management, manufacturing, suppliers, distribution centers, transportation, and planning teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in operations, logistics, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of related experience.
• Strong understanding of inventory, transportation, KPIs, and service levels.
• Data analysis, project management, problem-solving, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead teams, drive results, challenge the status quo, and recommend operational improvements.
