What you will do

• Support the Store Manager with day-to-day store management, focusing on the ready-to-wear department.
• Drive sales performance, communicate financial targets, complete trade reports, and support business development initiatives.
• Lead sales-floor performance across customer service, communication, product knowledge, brand standards, and visual merchandising.
• Coordinate stock replenishment, cycle counts, floor walks, store recovery, security procedures, and team deployment.
• Support staff training, performance reviews, feedback, and development in partnership with the Store Manager and HR.
• Resolve customer enquiries and issues promptly while supporting in-store events and maintaining high service standards.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in luxury retail, ideally menswear, at Department Manager or Assistant Manager level.
• Proficient written and spoken English.
• Clear, concise, and polite communication skills.
• Passion for tailoring and willingness to deepen product knowledge.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple situations, and find practical solutions.
• Immaculate presentation, punctuality, flexibility, and adaptability to short-notice business needs.
