Assistant Manager (Retail)

Location: London Oxford Street West, UK; mobile role covering the London area. Must already have the legal right to work in the UK. Full-time, 40 hours per week, including evenings and weekends.

What you will do

• Partner with the Store Manager on rota planning, sales strategies, and customer and colleague experience.
• Provide expert product advice, demonstrate products, and handle complex customer questions.
• Manage rotas, inventory, cash handling, and essential back-office operations.
• Coach and develop colleagues while supporting sales targets and team performance.
• Represent the brand with a polished, professional approach in the luxury retail environment.

Requirements

• Experience at a similar level in retail or customer service.
• Strong people skills, with the ability to coach, inspire, collaborate, and adapt to different personalities.
• Results-driven approach and ability to turn customer conversations into purchases.
• Availability during store opening hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Existing legal right to work in the UK is required.
