Location: Field-based in South East UK (London, Kent, Surrey, Southampton, Ipswich, and Cambridgeshire). Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel/stay away regularly required.

What you will do
- Drive sales growth and increase gross profit across the South East territory.
- Acquire new business and expand relationships within Foodservice and Vending customers.
- Manage and retain existing customer accounts to ensure long-term partnership value.
- Identify and convert new opportunities through proactive, needs-based selling.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to maintain commercial competitiveness.
- Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to deliver maximum value to customers.
Requirements
- 5+ years of proven experience in a field-based sales or Business Development role.
- Experience within Foodservice, wholesale, or FMCG environments (desirable).
- Track record of delivering profitable sales growth.
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to interpret and act on financial data.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel and stay away regularly.
- Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to engage business owners.
