Sr Staff Test Software Developer (Manufacturing Test)

What you will do

• Lead the architecture and development of manufacturing test systems, plans, cases, and scripts for motherboards, memory, CPUs, storage, and PCIe devices.
• Develop, validate, release, and maintain software that controls test equipment, automates testing, analyzes datasets, and generates reports.
• Support and maintain L10 server-level and L11 rack-level test software and infrastructure across global production facilities.
• Standardize documentation for manufacturing test procedures, specifications, and infrastructure.
• Collaborate with test, manufacturing, and failure analysis engineers to align testing requirements and quality standards.
• Provide technical guidance, code reviews, and mentorship to junior and mid-level engineers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of experience or Master’s degree with 5+ years of experience in engineering, computer science, IT, or a related field.
• Expertise in Python, Linux, and Bash scripting.
• Experience with hardware validation, automation, and tools including IPMI, Redfish, FIO, Linpack, mprime, and memtester.
• Knowledge of enterprise networking technologies including BGP, DHCP Relay, ECMP, and data center switching and routing.
• Experience with VMware, virtualization infrastructure, PXE boot, DHCP, NGINX, SDN, GitLab, code reviews, testing, and CI/CD.
• Some positions may require U.S. citizenship, permanent residence, refugee or asylee status, or eligibility for an export control license.
