What you will do

• Lead and develop the global Medium Gas Turbine Controls engineering organization.
• Align organizational capabilities, competencies, and workforce planning with business growth and future market demands.
• Implement the Medium Gas Turbine Controls service growth plan with regional organizations.
• Ensure efficient, reliable, and high-quality engineering execution focused on customer value and project performance.
• Improve engineering processes, methodologies, standards, and digital solutions to increase efficiency, quality, and scalability.
• Strengthen collaboration, talent development, succession planning, and operational excellence across engineering, project execution, product management, and regional teams.

Requirements

• Engineering degree or comparable technical background in controls, automation, electrical engineering, or a related discipline.
• Professional experience with medium gas turbines and/or turbine control systems.
• Proven leadership experience, including people development and building high-performing teams.
• Strong customer orientation and ability to translate business requirements into sustainable engineering solutions.
• Strategic mindset with an interest in innovation, continuous improvement, digitalization, and organizational change.
• Fluent English is required; Swedish proficiency is an advantage. Willingness to travel as required.
