Location: Primary work location in Linköping, Sweden; other listed locations include Göteborg and Solna. National and international travel is required.

What you will do

• Lead and develop the organisation responsible for the Gripen fighter aircraft platform and weapons integration.
• Ensure delivery against quality, cost, schedule, and technical performance targets throughout the product lifecycle.
• Lead a multi-layered leadership team and develop several hundred employees.
• Drive digital transformation, innovation, business improvement, and technical excellence.
• Develop organisational capabilities and competencies for current and future Gripen programme demands.
• Translate strategic objectives into priorities, tangible results, and successful deliveries as a member of the Gripen Business Unit leadership team.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in organisational leadership and change management.
• Solid understanding of product development and industrial operations.
• Proven record of developing leaders and high-performing teams.
• Ability to build collaboration across organisational boundaries and deliver results through others.
• Relevant engineering degree or equivalent experience.
• Fluency in both Swedish and English is required. Security vetting is required, and additional citizenship obligations may apply for positions requiring security clearance.
