Automotive - Cable Harness Designer (Automotive)

Location: On-site at the client site five days per week in Sweden; locations include Södermanland County and Stockholm County.

What you will do

• Design cable routings and brackets for VCA within the truck chassis department.
• Develop cable harnesses and generate electrical schematics in SABER.
• Collaborate with numerous stakeholders throughout project delivery.
• Work independently within a mature, Agile, cross-functional team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or an equivalent technical discipline.
• At least two years of experience in design and engineering work.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and project-oriented environments.
• Availability for on-site work at the client office five days per week is required.

Nice to have

• Experience working for the client.
• Experience designing cable harnesses with SABER.
