Business Solution Engineer Expert (Subject Matter Expert – CAD Routing)

What you will do

• Act as the primary subject matter expert for CAD routing and related engineering applications.
• Partner with end users to identify challenges, pain points, and process improvement opportunities.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications for application development and enhancements.
• Maintain engineering methods, standards, best practices, and process documentation.
• Create user guides, training materials, and knowledge documentation.
• Provide functional support, troubleshoot application issues, and deliver end-user and train-the-trainer sessions.

Requirements

• Extensive experience using engineering design and product definition systems as an end user.
• Strong knowledge of CAD routing methodologies and engineering workflows.
• Experience translating business requirements into functional specifications.
• Experience creating technical documentation, engineering standards, and training content.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, presentation, and collaboration skills.
• Experience with Creo Parametric, CATIA V5, Windchill, KOLA, Siemens Capital Harness, or Saber EDB.
