What you will do
- Serve as the primary subject matter expert for CAD routing and related engineering applications.
- Work with end users to identify challenges, understand pain points, and recommend process improvements.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications for application development and enhancements.
- Maintain engineering methods, standards, best practices, and process documentation.
- Create user guides, training materials, and knowledge documentation, and deliver end-user and train-the-trainer sessions.
- Provide functional support and collaborate with engineering, business, and IT teams to improve productivity and solution adoption.
Requirements
- Extensive experience using engineering design and product definition systems as an end user.
- Strong knowledge of CAD routing methodologies and engineering workflows.
- Experience translating business requirements into functional specifications.
- Experience creating technical documentation, engineering standards, and training content.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, presentation, and collaboration skills.
- Experience with Creo Parametric, CATIA V5, Windchill, KOLA, Siemens Capital Harness, or Saber EDB.
