What you will do

• Serve as the primary Subject Matter Expert (SME) for CAD routing and related engineering applications.
• Partner with end users to identify pain points and recommend process improvements.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications to support application development and enhancements.
• Develop and maintain engineering methods, standards, and process documentation.
• Create user guides and deliver training sessions, including train-the-trainer programs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve engineering productivity and solution adoption.

Requirements

• Extensive experience as an end user of engineering design and product definition systems.
• Deep knowledge of CAD routing methodologies and engineering workflows.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications.
• Experience creating technical documentation, engineering standards, and training content.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with tools such as Creo Parametric, CATIA V5, Windchill, KOLA, Siemens Capital Harness, or Saber EDB.
