Digital Communications Associate (Quantum Technology)

Location: Cambridge, UK; hybrid

Salary: £40,000–£55,000 per year, depending on experience

What you will do

• Manage social media channels, including LinkedIn and Bluesky.
• Own the integrated content calendar across social media, web content and newsletters.
• Publish and promote company announcements, partnerships, product launches, events and thought leadership content.
• Support newsletters, email communications and website content publication through a CMS.
• Support SEO and AI-search optimisation by implementing improvements, monitoring performance and identifying opportunities.
• Track audience engagement, channel performance and digital trends to improve future communications.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in digital communications, content marketing, social media or a related field.
• Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills.
• Experience managing digital channels, content calendars and website content through a CMS.
• Familiarity with email marketing, analytics and digital reporting tools.
• Understanding of SEO principles and interest in emerging AI-search trends.
• Strong organisation, attention to detail and a collaborative, proactive approach.

Nice to have

• Experience in B2B technology, software, deep tech or scientific communications.
