SEO Account Manager

Location: London, United Kingdom; hybrid working with teams in the office around four days a week. This is a UK-based role requiring the right to work in the United Kingdom.

What you will do

• Manage the daily execution and end-to-end performance of Google's EMEA organic search strategy across products including Google Ads, Gemini, and Pixel.
• Develop organic performance strategies and ensure delivery against project deadlines and commercial objectives.
• Act as the primary client contact, coordinating communication between clients and internal strategy, media, analytics, and technology teams.
• Conduct market research, technical SEO audits, content optimisation, site migration support, and implementation reviews.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance, integrate SEO with PPC, and develop case studies.
• Coach junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing and innovation across Organic Performance.

Requirements

• SEO experience in a digital media agency with a proven record of delivering high-performance SEO strategies.
• Strong knowledge of SEO practices, industry updates, content optimisation, and technical SEO.
• Experience with audience research and SEO tools such as Keyword Planner, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, SEMRush, and Ahrefs.
• Strong project management, analytical, critical-thinking, communication, presentation, and stakeholder relationship management skills.
• Client-facing experience with the ability to explain recommendations, report performance, and influence best practices.
• Must have the right to work in the United Kingdom.

Nice to have

• International SEO and site migration experience.
• Understanding of paid media, including PPC, social, and display.
