Auto Damage Adjuster (Field)

Location: Atlanta, GA; not a remote role and requires work in the listed territory. The position may involve field, in-office, or limited remote work depending on business needs.

Salary: $32.05–$47.14 per hour, with an annual range of $64,575–$95,000.

What you will do

• Handle auto damage claims, including complex cases.
• Apply technical and industry knowledge to evaluate damage and settle claims.
• Resolve claims promptly and accurately.
• Deliver effective customer service throughout the claims process.
• Work across field, office, and potentially remote settings as required for the assigned territory.

Requirements

• At least 12 months of auto damage experience.
• Demonstrated success delivering customer service and settling claims.
• Valid driver's license meeting company underwriting guidelines.
• Ability to maintain applicable state and federal certifications and permits.
• Computer skills, mechanical aptitude, multitasking ability, attention to detail, and sound decision-making.
• High school diploma or equivalent and effective verbal and written communication skills.
