Senior OT Network Integration Engineer (Industrial Networking/OT): Designing, integrating, hardening, testing, and commissioning network infrastructure for critical infrastructure and industrial projects with an accent on OT/ICS environments, vendor integration, and site delivery. Focus on troubleshooting complex network issues, producing commissioning documentation, and influencing technical decisions across international client programmes.
Location: Hybrid in Aberdeen or Glasgow, Scotland, United Kingdom; includes international project deployment and periods working on client site in Dubai.

What you will do
- Design and deliver network infrastructure for critical infrastructure and industrial projects.
- Configure, integrate, harden, test, and commission industrial and enterprise switches, firewalls, and related network infrastructure.
- Integrate vendor systems and equipment into OT network environments and troubleshoot complex integration issues.
- Act as a technical point of contact on site while working with clients, vendors, engineering teams, cyber security specialists, and design authorities.
- Produce network diagrams, design specifications, test plans, and commissioning documentation.
- Influence technical decisions and develop solutions within defined design constraints and demanding project timescales.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on network engineering experience in OT/ICS and industrial network environments.
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, and switching, with experience configuring firewalls and switches.
- Experience delivering network solutions for critical infrastructure or industrial projects, including network hardening and vendor integration.
- Experience with network testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and technical documentation.
- Strong client-facing communication skills and confidence working with senior stakeholders, vendors, engineering teams, cyber security specialists, and design authorities.
- Networking certification such as CCNA or CCNP and flexibility for international project deployment, including periods on client site in Dubai.
