Cardiovascular Specialist, Health and Science Professional - Worcester, MA (Cardiovascular)

Location: Remote within the United States; must live within 25 miles of the territory border and hold permanent U.S. work authorization.

Annual base salary: $76,000–$199,600, plus a quarterly sales incentive bonus.

What you will do

• Drive sales across the assigned cardiovascular territory.
• Engage healthcare customers face to face and through virtual channels.
• Develop and execute territory call plans and live or virtual engagement strategies.
• Build customer relationships and use digital tools to maintain effective engagement.
• Use reports, analytics, product knowledge, and disease-state information to identify and develop business opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams, respond to customer inquiries, and complete administrative requirements compliantly.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of relevant experience, or an associate degree and 6+ years of experience, or a high school diploma and 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Relevant experience may include professional sales, marketing, customer service, account management, healthcare or scientific roles, education, entrepreneurship, or full-time military service.
• Must live within 25 miles of the territory border and preferably reside within the territory boundaries.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and compliant driving record required; a DUI/DWI or other impaired-driving citation within the past 7 years is disqualifying.
• Strong communication, sales or marketing, territory management, teamwork, leadership, and accountability skills.
• U.S. work authorization by any employer is required.

Nice to have

• One year of pharmaceutical, biotech, medical sales, or medical-related marketing experience.
• Experience with relevant cardiovascular disease states, therapeutic areas, products, customers, and markets.

Hiring process

• Initial sales training is classified as salary non-exempt, with overtime eligibility.
• After training certification, the position becomes overtime exempt.
