Project Manager Learning and Performance (AI)

Location: Yardley, Pennsylvania, USA; eligible for hire in select U.S. locations. Minimal overnight travel may be required, with work performed onsite or remotely.

Salary: USD 86,520–90,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead assigned projects through initiation, planning, execution, control, and completion.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, project meetings, deliverables, timelines, and communication plans.
• Prepare status reports, track project metrics, and communicate progress to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Identify, resolve, and escalate project risks while supporting client satisfaction and post-project evaluations.
• Coordinate user manuals, training materials, and other implementation and handover documentation.
• Participate in medical-legal-regulatory reviews and use AI and AI integration tools to improve project and process efficiency.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading cross-functional project teams and managing projects through completion.
• At least 5 years of experience in project management or a related field; 8 years preferred.
• Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies and experience managing detailed, multi-component programs in deadline-driven environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, organization, quality focus, and attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a similar discipline preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Suite.

Nice to have

• Project management certification.
• Experience with Microsoft Project.
