Account Manager (Energy Programs)

Location: Remote - New Mexico, United States

Salary: $68,300.00–$102,500.00 USD annually

What you will do

• Lead relationships between utility clients and retail programs.
• Manage program costs, implementation, performance, profitability, and viability.
• Negotiate contracts and contract changes, and coordinate business plans, work statements, budgets, and financial terms.
• Direct cross-functional field teams across technical, marketing, operations, analytics, and administrative functions.
• Analyze program risks and opportunities, establish milestones, monitor schedules, and implement corrective solutions.
• Develop client business, product enhancements, proposals, technical content, and intellectual property.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of relevant project management experience.
• At least 2 years of people management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience managing one or more concurrent contracts generating $2M–$5M in annual revenue.
• Ability to coordinate field teams of typically 7–15 people and directly manage at least 2 staff members.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship or immigration support.
