Project Leader to Partner, Financial Institution Practice (Fintech)

What you will do

• Lead client engagements and manage studies that define client needs and generate relevant research and data.
• Manage consulting teams developing long-term business strategies for financial-services organizations.
• Formulate research hypotheses and oversee advanced financial analysis of client, competitor, and industry data.
• Develop actionable recommendations across strategic due diligence, product development, change management, and long-term investment evaluation.
• Manage senior client relationships and contribute to proposals and business development activities.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of professional experience, including strategy consulting experience and demonstrated ability to lead consulting teams.
• Strong academic background from a top-tier institution.
• Experience solving complex business problems through quantitative analysis, conceptualization, research, and strategic communication.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong numerical, analytical, structured-thinking, commercial, and business judgment skills.
• Collaborative approach and ability to work effectively in group settings.
