Director, Corporate Strategy - Asia Pacific (Fintech)

Location: Singapore; hybrid role with at least three days in the office per week

What you will do

• Develop regional and market-specific corporate strategies for hirify.global’s Asia Pacific business.
• Structure complex business problems and provide recommendations across functions, markets, and geographies.
• Build fact-based quantitative analyses covering strategic and financial considerations.
• Support regional business planning, competitive monitoring, and responses to emerging trends and opportunities.
• Present clear, concise recommendations to senior stakeholders and coordinate cross-functional project teams.
• Coach and train junior strategy team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, or a related field.
• 10–12 years of experience in management consulting and/or internal strategy at a global company.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional projects with multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, strategic, problem-solving, project management, presentation, and communication skills.
• Experience with economic theories, strategic frameworks, prioritization, scenario analysis, and competitive assessment.
• Ability to work effectively across different time zones and be based in Singapore for the hybrid office schedule.

Nice to have

• MBA or another relevant graduate degree from a top-tier institution.
• Financial services, fintech, or payments industry experience.
• International experience and thought leadership capability.
