Insurer Consulting Group Consultant

Location: Singapore; hybrid role requiring at least three days per week in the office or onsite with clients

What you will do

• Maintain and expand a book of business while supporting senior colleagues on large or complex commercial insurance accounts.
• Build and strengthen relationships with insurance carriers across Asia.
• Research buyer hubs, market trends, expansion opportunities, and internal offerings.
• Analyze account, project, and market data to develop proposals and bespoke consulting solutions.
• Develop and present custom solutions to senior colleagues, insurer clients, and prospects.
• Manage account health, resolve escalated issues, and deliver annual targets and consulting projects.

Requirements

• Degree and at least 8 years of relevant experience in the commercial insurance industry in Asia.
• Commercial acumen with demonstrated ability to manage and grow a book of business.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including interaction with C-level stakeholders.
• Sound judgment, prioritization, organization, consulting, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience using data to manage and improve performance, with strong attention to detail and documentation quality.
• Ability to work from the Singapore office at least three days per week and perform effectively under pressure and changing priorities.
