Location: Windsor Operations; onsite warehouse and shipping-dock role.

What you will do
- Manage daily receiving, stocking, put-away, picking, transfers, inventory movements, and outbound shipping activities.
- Lead warehouse staff, workforce planning, training, succession planning, and development programs.
- Own inventory accuracy, cycle counts, ERP receiving, subcontract manufacturing transactions, and FIFO material movement.
- Coordinate raw-material deliveries and work-in-process or finished-goods receipts with Production and Supply Chain Planning.
- Manage carriers, 3PLs, and logistics partners, including freight negotiations, claims, customer complaints, and shipping-cost audits.
- Maintain warehouse and dock standards and develop scrap-sale and recycling programs.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of warehouse shift-leader or manager experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
- Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with strong organization, communication, and continuous-improvement skills.
- Familiarity with integrated ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or JD Edwards and warehouse-management tools.
- Experience supporting just-in-time material supply for Manufacturing and Production.
- Basic Excel skills.
- Shipping activities must comply with applicable local, state, and federal agency requirements.

- Warehouse Management System experience.
- Intermediate Excel knowledge.
- DOT, IATA, or hazardous-materials certifications.
