GTM Engineer (AI): Building the data, integration, automation, and AI infrastructure that powers scalable pipeline generation for a NetSuite-native finance software platform with an accent on data quality, governed workflows, and measurable experimentation. Focus on designing agentic enrichment and personalization systems, integrating Salesforce and GTM tools, and enabling BDRs to build reliable production-ready automations.
Location: United Kingdom; fully remote role within a global team.

What you will do
- Lead the GTM Engineering function and architect the data, integration, and automation infrastructure supporting inbound and outbound pipeline generation.
- Connect enrichment providers, internal data sources, CRM, sequencing, marketing automation, and data warehouse systems using reliable data flows and contracts.
- Build lead scoring, routing, list-building, enrichment, sequencing, response, and conversion-tracking workflows.
- Design agentic AI workflows for enrichment, personalization, scoring, and sales productivity, then run experiments measured against pipeline and conversion outcomes.
- Guide the BDR team’s transition toward GTM engineering and support GTM employees building governed, production-ready agents and automations.
- Implement safeguards for deliverability, data quality, GDPR, CAN-SPAM, cost, performance, sustainability, testing, and operational reliability.
Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on experience building GTM automation and integrations.
- Deep expertise in Clay or a comparable enrichment or workflow platform, plus strong Salesforce and data governance experience.
- Working proficiency in SQL, Python, or JavaScript for independently building and fixing workflows.
- Experience with Tableau or Looker, LLMs, agentic tooling, sales qualification frameworks, and multi-touch attribution.
- Strong knowledge of deliverability, data quality, GDPR, and CAN-SPAM compliance.
- Experience managing or mentoring a team and translating ambiguous business problems into working systems.
