Technical Solutions Analyst (SQL/Oracle/SAP)

Location: Remote within Arizona, United States; consistent Pacific Time Zone hours are preferred.

Base salary: $86,600–$112,500 per year, with potential eligibility for bonus, commission, and equity.

What you will do

• Resolve highly complex, visible, and sensitive customer technical issues as the final escalation point.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting for data-driven applications, relational databases, networking protocols, APIs, Java, Linux, and enterprise technologies.
• Support customers during pre- and post-implementation phases, ensuring technical readiness and continuity of support.
• Partner with product, engineering, and support teams to communicate customer needs and develop scalable support standards.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to less senior analysts while managing Tier 2 escalations.
• Maintain knowledge-base documentation, shared virtual environments, databases, and shared instances; participate in rotational on-call support.

Requirements

• Must reside in the state of Arizona.
• 6+ years of experience in technical support, application troubleshooting, or systems engineering in a customer-facing or enterprise environment.
• Strong SQL and relational database experience, including troubleshooting applications connected to relational databases and XML sources.
• Hands-on experience with REST and SOAP APIs or web services, Oracle and SAP environments, Linux/Unix, shell programming, and FTP scripting.
• Deep understanding of networking protocols and debugging across multiple technologies and programming languages.
• Ability to manage high-stakes customer escalations independently with sound judgment and professionalism.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP NetWeaver, ABAP web services, SAP Mobility, Big Data, or Fast Data environments.
• Knowledge of Data Governance, Data Security, and Data Operations practices.
• Experience with virtual machine environments, NAS, mainframe systems, and TWS or ECG scheduling tools.
• Experience supporting ERP tax integration solutions or enterprise software implementations.
• Relevant Master’s degree or equivalent education, training, and professional experience.
