Fiber Optics Associate Manager (Fiber Optics)

What you will do

• Manage the delivery of parkwide fiber-optic and structured cabling infrastructure from design and procurement through installation, testing, commissioning, acceptance, and handover.
• Coordinate fiber routes, pathways, telecom rooms, data-center interfaces, entrance facilities, racks, cross-connects, and system connections across multiple engineering disciplines.
• Track schedules, budgets, risks, changes, milestones, constraints, delays, and project reporting for infrastructure workstreams.
• Coordinate contractors, engineers, vendors, consultants, and construction partners through site walks, design reviews, coordination meetings, readiness reviews, and turnover planning.
• Oversee installation quality and compliance with approved designs, specifications, manufacturer requirements, and project standards.
• Provide physical-layer infrastructure expertise while ensuring route diversity, redundancy, security, capacity, reliability, maintainability, and sustainability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Telecommunications, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience managing medium- to large-scale facility or campus infrastructure design and build-outs.
• Experience with attractions, theme parks, transport hubs, hospitality, or large public venues is preferred.
• Ability to create and maintain accurate as-built drawings, fiber and port assignments, test-result documentation, and Excel-based trackers.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Visio, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, or equivalent tools.
