TL;DR
Production Coordinator (Live Events and Outside Broadcast): Coordinating people, crew, travel, equipment, accreditation, schedules, purchase orders, and project information for high-profile outside broadcasts and live productions with an accent on detailed planning, logistics, and stakeholder coordination. Focus on managing multiple changing projects, solving production issues, and improving planning efficiency across fast-moving live events.
Location: Bracknell HQ, Berkshire, United Kingdom. Permanent onsite role based at Gemini House, with working hours Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week between 9am and 6pm.

What you will do
- Coordinate crew, freelancers, travel, accommodation, and production logistics.
- Maintain planning sheets, rig schedules, accreditation, and key production information.
- Work with Technical Project Managers, Heads of Department, operational teams, crew, and freelancers.
- Raise purchase orders, support invoice processing, and maintain accurate project records.
- Resolve changing requirements and improve planning and coordination processes.
Requirements
- Strong coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders.
- Excellent attention to detail, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to stay calm when priorities change.
- Confident communication skills for working with crew, freelancers, and colleagues across the business.
- Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
- Experience in outside broadcast, television, live events, or another fast-paced production environment is valuable, though transferable coordination experience is also considered.
Nice to have
- Experience with production or scheduling systems such as ScheduALL or Easyjob.
- Previous experience in broadcast production or outside events.
