Salary: $180,000 - $200,000

What you will do

  • Lead customer relationships and drive overall strategy for a defined product suite and territory.
  • Collaborate with the Enterprise Pod Leader on complex, multi-suite opportunities with strategic accounts.
  • Establish and manage relationships between hirify.global and senior leaders of customer and prospect governments.
  • Generate new leads through networking, prospecting, and marketing/PR activities.
  • Make sales presentations to customers and prospects at various organizational levels.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of company products and the competitive landscape.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience required.
  • 5+ years of quota-carrying sales experience and previous experience selling software solutions required.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%.
  • Passionate about selling technology and its societal impact.
  • Experience with a CRM, ideally SalesForce.
