What you will do

• Manage and coach bankers with assigned books of business while executing retail strategies for mass-affluent households.
• Lead branch sales, customer service, operations, security, risk, and regulatory activities.
• Manage high-value consumer and business customer portfolios and drive referrals to internal banking partners.
• Achieve small-business sales, referral, production, and relationship-deepening goals.
• Develop customer, business, and community relationships and maintain an active community presence.
• Oversee recruitment and hiring to ensure the assigned market is appropriately staffed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 2 years of sales management experience in retail banking, financial services, or goal-driven retail sales.
• Fingerprinting and additional background checks may be required under NMLS regulations.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, coaching, presentation, and colleague-development skills.
• Knowledge of consumer and business deposit products, banking, lending, investments, and branch operations.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 2 years of branch management experience.
• Experience leading branch sales, service, operations, financial performance, and digital channels.
• Comfort with mobile services and online banking technologies.
