Citizens Branch Manager (Retail Banking)

Location: Stoughton, Massachusetts, United States. Onsite branch role with schedules that may include weekends and evenings.

Salary: $89,100–$122,100 per year, plus potential incentive earnings.

• Lead branch performance, sales growth, and customer experience in a high-volume environment.
• Coach and develop colleagues to achieve individual and branch-wide sales goals.
• Direct colleague and sales activities while managing operational integrity and financial outcomes.
• Promote mobile and online banking solutions in a digital-first customer experience.
• Build customer relationships and represent the brand in the local community.
• Develop a diverse talent pipeline and implement coaching plans that support performance growth.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Leadership experience with a proven ability to coach teams, drive sales excellence, and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Four years of sales management experience in retail or branch banking.
• Experience managing sales objectives, deadlines, branch goals, and profit-and-loss outcomes.
• Strong partnerships with community and civic organizations.
• Successful completion of SAFE Act requirements, background checks, and obtaining a unique NMLS identifier.

Nice to have

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree.
• Retail banking experience.
• Talent sourcing and assessment experience.
