Branch Manager - Quebec Square Denver, CO

Location: Denver, CO, United States. Workplace type: Office. Applicants must be currently authorized to work full time in the United States.

Salary: $80,000–$95,000 annually, plus eligibility for applicable incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Manage branch sales, service, operations, financial performance, security, risk, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead, coach, recruit, and develop branch colleagues while driving service quality and production goals.
• Manage high-value consumer and business customer relationships and refer customers to relevant bank partners.
• Develop new consumer and business relationships through community involvement, calling programs, and market partnerships.
• Use banking tools, technology, mobile services, and digital channels to identify sales and service opportunities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED plus at least one year of goal-driven retail sales leadership experience, or a bachelor’s degree.
• Additional background checks and fingerprinting may be required under NMLS regulations.
• Strong knowledge of banking, consumer and business deposits, lending, sales leadership, customer service, process management, and colleague development.
• Excellent verbal, written communication, presentation, coaching, and relationship-building skills.
• Must be currently authorized to work full time in the United States.
