Sr Manager Finance (AI)

What you will do

• Lead annual operating plans, long-range plans, rolling forecasts, scenario analysis, and monthly business performance reviews.
• Build integrated financial models covering operating expenses, workforce planning, capital expenditures, cash, and operational drivers.
• Transform finance processes by standardizing workflows and automating data preparation, forecast consolidation, reporting, and variance analysis.
• Apply AI, machine learning, and intelligent automation to improve planning, identify anomalies, draft variance narratives, and accelerate scenario analysis.
• Partner with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Product Management, Accounting, and Human Resources on resource allocation and business decisions.
• Lead performance reporting, executive and Board materials, governance, and the development of finance professionals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
• 7+ years of progressive FP&A, corporate finance, operational finance, or related experience, including 3+ years of people leadership.
• Experience supporting manufacturing, telecommunications, networking, technology, or another complex product-based business.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, scenario planning, management reporting, and performance analysis skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency and experience with business intelligence, enterprise resource planning, and financial planning platforms.
• Experience collaborating across functions and with international colleagues in a global or matrixed organization.

Nice to have

• MBA, CPA, CMA, or another relevant advanced degree or professional certification.
• Experience with telecommunications or network equipment, including hardware, software, services, supply chain, and project-based models.
• Hands-on experience with SAP and SAP Analytics Cloud.
• Experience using agentic AI, generative AI, machine learning, or robotic process automation in finance.
• Experience with workforce planning, publicly traded companies, and executive or Board-level materials.
