Sr. Manager, Finance & Strategy (AI)

Location: On-site in San Francisco, California, United States

Salary: $180,000–$200,000 annually, including base salary and a portion of variable compensation based on company and individual performance.

What you will do

• Lead financial strategy and performance analysis for Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing.
• Manage and develop a Senior Analyst while setting standards for analytical rigor and delivery.
• Forecast bookings, capacity, productivity, retention, pipeline coverage, win rates, backlog, and revenue outcomes.
• Own ARR reporting infrastructure and collaborate on CPQ data, deal guardrails, and GAAP revenue dynamics.
• Manage the GTM P&L, including headcount, travel and expenses, commissions, budgets, and actuals.
• Lead long-range planning, go-to-market strategy, sales capacity analysis, market analysis, and variable compensation projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent experience; an MBA is a plus.
• 6–10+ years of experience in strategic finance, investment banking, management consulting, or a high-growth SaaS environment.
• Experience managing or developing others and influencing senior or executive stakeholders.
• Advanced financial modeling skills, including building scalable models from first principles.
• Fluency with CRM and CPQ data and BI tools, including Looker, with the ability to diagnose complex data issues.
• Experience using AI tools to build scalable workflows and improve operational efficiency.
