Vice President, Finance - Business Partnership

What you will do

• Lead the Finance Business Partnership organization across business units and key functions.
• Act as a senior financial partner to General Managers, executives, the CIO, and Technology leadership.
• Connect strategy, operating decisions, financial performance, resource allocation, and business economics to actionable decisions.
• Establish investment and resource-allocation frameworks covering ROI, risks, alternatives, and expected outcomes.
• Evaluate realized ROI and business outcomes after investments to improve future decision-making.
• Lead Finance transformation through technology, AI-enabled workflows, automation, scalable tools, data capabilities, and decision-support systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• 20+ years of progressive Finance experience, including significant leadership responsibility in FP&A, Finance Business Partnership, or operational finance.
• Experience leading senior Finance talent and partnering with General Managers, CIOs, executives, and senior functional leaders.
• Strong financial and business acumen across business performance, ROI, investment decisions, resource allocation, and technology economics.
• Ability to influence without authority, challenge senior stakeholders constructively, navigate complex organizations, and maintain an enterprise-first perspective.
• Strong executive communication skills and fluency with modern analytics, automation, and AI capabilities.
