Senior Project Manager (IDCS)

Location: Piscataway, New Jersey, United States; required to report to the hirify.global office, with some travel

Salary: $150,000–$190,000 annual pay range, including base salary and bonus

What you will do

• Lead multiple customer-facing and internal projects across data center infrastructure, AI, cybersecurity, and related technology domains.
• Plan and manage project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables using PMI methodologies.
• Validate customer requirements, technical configurations, statements of work, bills of materials, and deployment readiness.
• Coordinate Sales, Presales, Engineering, Logistics, Operations, Delivery Services, vendors, and customer teams throughout implementation.
• Manage governance, executive reporting, risks, issues, escalations, change control, and customer communications.
• Lead retrospectives and process improvements while mentoring junior project managers and strengthening PMO standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 8+ years of project management experience with complex technology projects.
• 5+ years leading large-scale infrastructure, data center, AI, cybersecurity, or cloud initiatives.
• 7+ years managing customer-facing engagements from initiation through closure.
• Experience with executive and customer presentations, risk management, governance, stakeholder communications, and cross-functional leaderhirify.globalp.
• Proficiency with SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Office; understanding of PMI principles required.

Nice to have

• Experience with compute, storage, networking, infrastructure modernization, GPU platforms, NVIDIA, HPC, Azure, AWS, GCP, security operations, or automation and orchestration.
• PMP, AI project management, NVIDIA AI, or cloud certifications.
