What you will do

• Support enterprise and business strategy through research, analysis, insight development, and strategic planning.
• Break down complex business problems using quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Build models, synthesize data, and prepare materials for executive-level decision-making.
• Develop business cases, plans, and recommendations with cross-functional teams.
• Track strategic initiatives against milestones, targets, and performance measures.

Requirements

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems and translate data into clear insights.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and functions in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive mindset with willingness to learn and take ownership.
• Fluent English as a working language is required.

Nice to have

• 3–5 years of experience in consulting, strategy, finance, or a related field.
• Experience with strategy, operations, or transformation projects.
• Internship or early-career experience in data analysis and business problem solving.
• Experience in SaaS, fintech, or other technology-driven environments.
