Analyst, Product Management (Hybrid)

Location: Hybrid role based at 555 Burrard Street, Vancouver, Canada; in-person interviews are required, and work from home is supported where possible during core business hours.

Salary: CAD 78,000–90,000 per year, with potential discretionary bonuses, incentives, and restricted stock units.

What you will do

• Analyze client business processes and translate them into functional requirements documents and user stories.
• Evaluate business and technical requirements and recommend effective product solutions.
• Support QA with test strategies, test cases, and validation of results.
• Triage client-reported issues, identify root causes, and help define solutions.
• Collaborate with Development, Product, QA, Client Support, and Services teams to clarify requirements and ensure product quality.
• Monitor financial regulations and market trends, assess delivery risks, maintain documentation, and manage multiple initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or college degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Analyst in financial services, preferably wealth management, banking, mutual funds, or securities.
• Strong understanding of financial products, operational processes, and regulatory environments.
• Experience analyzing complex business processes and defining system requirements.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with SDLC and Agile methodologies.
