What you will do

• Provide customer service and resolve customer issues effectively.
• Identify opportunities to retain and grow consumer and business relationships through appointments, referrals, follow-up programs, and sales processes.
• Recommend deposit, loan, and other banking products and services based on customer goals and needs.
• Educate customers about online, mobile, and ATM banking technology.
• Refer customers to other areas of the bank and maintain strong internal partnerships.
• Follow operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least one year of customer service and sales experience in banking, financial services, goal-driven retail sales, business-to-business sales, or a relevant military administration, contracting, or civil affairs role.
• Fingerprinting and additional background checks required under NMLS regulations.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, presentation, banking, sales, and customer service skills.
• Must currently be authorized to work full-time in the United States.
• Immigration sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree.
• At least one additional year of customer service and sales experience in banking, financial services, retail sales, or business-to-business sales.
• Knowledge of consumer and business deposit products, investments, consumer lending, business banking, and business lending.
• Comfort with mobile and online banking services.
