Personal Banker (Retail Banking)

What you will do

• Acquire and deepen branch customer relationships through proactive sales and service activities.
• Conduct outbound calls, appointment setting, teller interactions, and lobby engagement to identify customer needs.
• Recommend hirify.global banking solutions, educate customers on transaction options, and grow customer share of wallet.
• Collaborate with ecosystem partners and community contacts to acquire, expand, and retain relationships.
• Resolve customer problems using product and procedural knowledge while maintaining customer loyalty.
• Manage branch risk and complete daily operations accurately in accordance with policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Typically 3+ years of related experience or product knowledge.
• Typically an associate degree or equivalent experience; a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience may be considered.
• Knowledge of banking products, retail lending, prospecting, selling, and customer needs.
• Strong customer service, communication, problem-solving, prioritization, and technology skills.
• No employment visa sponsorship or STEM OPT participation is available.
• Additional background checks may be required under applicable banking regulations.
