Personal Banker (Retail Banking)

What you will do

• Acquire and deepen branch customer relationships through proactive sales and service activities.
• Conduct outbound calls, service-to-sales conversations, appointment setting, teller interactions, and lobby engagement.
• Identify customer needs and position appropriate banking products to improve financial wellbeing and grow share of wallet.
• Build customer loyalty through education on financial transaction options, technology, tools, and resources.
• Resolve customer problems, manage risk, follow procedures, and support accurate daily branch operations.

Requirements

• Typically 3+ years of related experience or relevant product knowledge.
• Typically an associate degree or equivalent; comparable education, certification, or military experience may be considered.
• Knowledge of banking products, retail lending, prospecting, selling, and customer needs.
• Strong communication, customer service, problem-solving, organization, and prioritization skills.
• Bilingual Spanish skills are preferred.
• Employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not available for this position.
