What you will do

• Build and manage relationships with hiring managers and business leaders across a specialist market.
• Identify client needs, present and negotiate recruitment service agreements, and develop new business.
• Head-hunt mid-to-senior and executive-level professionals through proactive outreach.
• Manage the full recruitment process from candidate introduction and interview coordination to offer negotiation and post-placement support.
• Use technology, data and market insights to identify opportunities and improve outreach.

Requirements

• Entry-level candidates are welcome; prior recruitment experience is not required.
• Strong commercial awareness, a genuine interest in sales and motivation to develop in a fast-paced environment.
• Ambition, confident communication, adaptability, resilience and a solution-oriented mindset.
• Fluent German and English are required to work across German and international markets.
