Recruiter with German (M/F/D) (Life Sciences)

What you will do

• Lead intake meetings with hiring managers to define role requirements and provide market data.
• Develop and manage recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies with internal stakeholders.
• Assess candidates, present qualified slates, and build talent pipelines.
• Maintain timely communication and engagement with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Support hiring leaders with offer details using compensation guidelines and market data.

Requirements

• German language required.
• Experience hiring in the life sciences sector required.
• Recruiting experience with demonstrated success in a corporate, RPO, or agency environment.
• High school diploma.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and social media recruiting tools.
• Knowledge of human resources principles, practices, and talent acquisition metrics.
