Client Services Manager (Life Sciences)

What you will do

• Lead and coach a team of recruiters delivering recruitment services across client accounts.
• Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders and participate in client meetings.
• Set performance standards, monitor progress, conduct performance management, and address service gaps.
• Develop recruiting metrics and analytics covering time to fill, cost per hire, recruiter productivity, candidate sources, and satisfaction.
• Develop strategic hiring plans, passive candidate outreach, recruitment marketing campaigns, and candidate pipelines.
• Manage hirify.global-specific reporting, P&L activities, process standardization, continuous improvement, and shared delivery resources.

Requirements

• Prior experience in a results-oriented talent acquisition or human resources role.
• Experience coaching peers or managing a team.
• Knowledge of recruitment technologies, including Applicant Tracking Systems and social media tools.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources, or a related field is preferred.
