What you will do
- Manage the full 360 recruitment process from initial contact through contract signing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Meet clients to understand hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Guide and support candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Monitor industry trends and market conditions to advise clients and candidates effectively.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a 360 recruiter, ideally in one of the specialist sectors.
- Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to build long-term relationships.
- Proven record of meeting and exceeding targets.
- Proficiency with recruitment tools and technology.
- Fluent English is required.
