Senior Product Owner/Product Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Own the product vision, roadmap, business value, outcomes, and lifecycle from discovery through ongoing operation.
• Translate complex industrial requirements into product objectives, epics, acceptance criteria, and measurable outcomes.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog based on business value, risks, stakeholder needs, dependencies, and team capacity.
• Facilitate discovery activities, stakeholder interviews, workshops, and solution validation.
• Establish and improve delivery practices, including the Definition of Ready, Definition of Done, quality assurance, and Agile ways of working.
• Manage operational performance, incidents, prioritization, resolution, and internal SLA alignment.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Product Ownership or Product Management, preferably with complex B2B or enterprise software.
• Strong technical understanding of software architecture, APIs, integrations, cloud systems, and distributed applications.
• Experience with data models, product configuration, variant management, pricing, and costing logic.
• Understanding of SDLC and Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe.
• Experience with incident management, service delivery, operational priorities, and internal SLAs.
• English: upper-intermediate level required.

Nice to have

• Experience with complex product portfolios, technical regulations, standards, or country-specific requirements.
• Familiarity with Jira, SharePoint, Microsoft Office, and product management tools.
