Technical Product Manager (AI): Developing user-centered products by connecting product discovery, technical solution shaping, and delivery with an accent on user research, rapid validation, analytics, and technical requirements. Focus on prioritizing evidence-based solutions, defining measurable outcomes, and shaping APIs, data flows, integrations, access control, and real-time user experiences with engineering teams.
Location: Kyiv, Ukraine, or remote, with occasional business visits to Kyiv.

What you will do
- Speak with end users and domain experts to understand workflows, uncover needs, and identify product opportunities.
- Translate stakeholder requests into problem statements, hypotheses, solution options, and clear business requirements.
- Validate assumptions through interviews, prototypes, workflow reviews, usability tests, and usage analysis.
- Set product priorities based on user impact, value, urgency, risk, effort, and cost of delay.
- Define success metrics, baselines, target outcomes, measurement approaches, and qualitative signals.
- Work with design and engineering through delivery on user flows, acceptance criteria, integrations, dependencies, and technical trade-offs.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience as a Product Manager.
- Experience with SQL, data models, data quality, and data flows.
- Knowledge of web technologies, browser DevTools, server-side authorization, and data validation.
- Understanding of WebSockets, connection loss, reconnection, delayed messages, and stale state.
- Experience with product analytics, events, funnels, success metrics, APIs, integrations, authentication, retries, and data consistency.
- Advanced English proficiency required.
