What you will do

• Provide customer service and resolve customer issues effectively.
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Identify customer financial goals and recommend appropriate deposit, loan, and banking products.
• Grow consumer and business relationships through follow-up, outbound calls, referrals, and a disciplined sales process.
• Educate customers about bank products, services, and mobile and online banking technology.
• Follow operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED plus at least one year of customer service or qualifying military experience, or a bachelor's degree.
• Additional background checks and fingerprinting are required under NMLS regulations.
• Experience or demonstrated ability in customer service, banking, consumer lending, business banking, sales, communication, and relationship management.
• Applicants must already be authorized to work full time in the United States.
• Immigration sponsorship and assistance with obtaining work permission are not available.

Nice to have

• At least one year of customer service experience in banking, financial services, or goal-driven retail sales.
• Cash-handling experience.
• Comfort using mobile services and online banking platforms.
