Location: Alliance, Ohio, United States. Onsite branch role with a schedule that may include evenings and weekends.

Salary: $25.48–$31.25 per hour, plus potential incentive earnings.

What you will do

• Build lasting relationships with branch customers and provide trusted financial advice.
• Identify customer goals and recommend solutions for spending, saving, borrowing, investing, home buying, and credit needs.
• Introduce customers to digital and mobile banking services, including the bank’s app and ATMs.
• Collaborate with Wealth Management, Mortgage, and Business Banking partners on complex financial needs.
• Make outbound calls to acquire customers and schedule financial checkup appointments.
• Follow cash-handling procedures, financial policies, and applicable state and local regulations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least two years of sales and customer service experience with a record of meeting or exceeding goals.
• Experience building relationships, identifying needs, and recommending or referring products and services through in-person and phone interactions.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, digital technology, multitasking, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work variable branch hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Compliance with SAFE Act requirements, pre-employment screening, and obtaining a unique NMLS identifier.
