Personal Banker I

Location: Fully onsite at 3626 Bel Aire Plaza, Napa, California 94558

Salary: $19–$28 per hour, with possible performance-based incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Deliver timely, proactive client service and resolve client issues and requests.
• Review client financial needs and recommend appropriate banking products and services.
• Open consumer and business accounts for new and existing clients.
• Identify and refer consumer lending and other banking opportunities to internal business partners.
• Support Client Service Specialists and fill in on teller functions, including cash transactions.
• Build familiarity with business, consumer, and trust entities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One year of teller or other banking experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of consumer banking and business products and services.
• Ability to handle cash accurately, balance accounts and drawers, and perform accurate calculations.
• Ability and desire to develop consumer lending skills and expand client relationships.
• Ability to obtain a Nationwide Multistate Licensing and Registry license preferred.
