Location: Needham, Massachusetts, United States; branch-based onsite work

Salary: $25.48–$31.25 per hour, plus potential incentive earnings.

What you will do

• Build lasting relationships with branch customers and provide trusted financial advice.
• Identify customer needs and recommend solutions for spending, saving, borrowing, investing, home buying, and credit.
• Introduce customers to mobile banking, digital tools, and ATM services.
• Collaborate with Wealth Management, Mortgage, and Business Banking specialists on complex needs.
• Make outbound calls to acquire customers and schedule financial checkups.
• Handle cash and follow financial policies, procedures, and applicable laws.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 2 years of sales and customer service experience with a record of meeting goals.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, problem-solving, multitasking, and digital technology skills.
• Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and evenings.
• Compliance with SAFE Act requirements, pre-employment screening, and NMLS identifier requirements.
• Successful completion of a 30–45 minute video interview assessment within 7 days of receiving the link.

Nice to have

• At least 1 year of cash-handling experience.
